My wife and I had planned the building of our retirement home years before I actually retired. We had a very good idea of the style, details, and floor plan we wanted. Once we were finally ready to build, we found the frustrating part was trying to find a builder. After many long months meeting and talking with several builders, we met with Dale and Lou. We were immediately comfortable with them and really like Dales “shell construction method” of building.
